Sabitiyu  attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She received her JD/MBA from the University of Baltimore. Before establishing her own law firm, Abby had a very rewarding legal career in both the private and public sectors.

 

She has extensive experience in all areas of immigration law including employer based greencards, temporary work authorizations and family based petitions. She represents clients all over the United States due to the federal nature of immigration. She has represented clients in obtaining temporary protected status, asylum and in removal proceedings. She has helped numerous clients with H1-B visas, J visas, K1 visas, VAWA  self petitions, family based green cards and in obtaining citizenship. Abby also specializes in immigration consequences of criminal convictions and has represented clients in pursuing post conviction remedies.

 

She has also represented clients in numerous criminal matters in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, Harford  and Baltimore Counties.
